After the application has been submitted, we will review it and send you an email letting you know that we did receive your application. If approved, more in depth information regarding our policies will be sent in the message letting you know that you have been approved!

Who will take care of/babysit the puppy while you are out of town? *
If for some unfortunate reason, you were no longer able to keep the puppy, do you understand that it would be a REQUIREMENT that you return him/her to us? *
Are you able to train your puppy on basic commands (sit, stay, wait, etc) or attend obedience classes? Do you understand that crate training is a requirement? *
Do you understand that you must not have any other intact dogs for the entire duration of the guardian contract? *
Do you understand it will be your responsibility to take the puppy to yearly wellness visits to the vet and to keep the puppy on monthly, year-round preventative medications against heartworms, fleas, and ticks? *
Do you understand that you will be responsible for bringing the puppy to Half-Pint Corgis for breeding and for whelping? *
