Punch needle workshop is coming back with a summer breeze!

This summer themed workshop is suitable both for beginners and anyone who has punched before but perhaps is new to the Oxford fine size punch needles or who would just like to spend a cozy Saturday afternoon punching with us :)

In this 2 hour workshop Heli Savila will share her insights and artistic way of creating punch needle projects. We’ll be using the legendary Oxford punch needle (size #9 fine) and an embroidery hoop prepared with a special fabric, which you can later pop on the wall at home to admire your accomplishment.

The #9 fine punch needles are for thinner, worsted weight yarns. It is possible to create detailed, smaller work and punch on a variety of fabrics like linen, wool and cotton.

Let yourself be inspired by the selection of different summer themed yarns (cotton, linen). For a frame we'll use an embroidery hoop prepared with a special fabric – cotton & viscose mix.
