Background:
OURS VOL II. training is made for youth workers, trainers and facilitators to explore, dive in and learn the ABC of outdoor experiential education. We open this training course for those who are committed in fighting unequaility - social exclusion in the society, in their closer and wider communities.  OURS training course aims to give tools, approaches, best practice exchange in order to widen the knowledge, experience of youth workers.
In our 10 days course we will  have a short experience in classic outdoor tools:  team challenges, high/low ropes course, reflection and an on-the-job experience for 3 days working with 20 youngsters coming from challenging background. The course is designed to be intense, as we work with experiences to reflect on, for this sake we integrated the competence model of ETS for youth workers to work internationally into our curricula. Guidelines:
In this application form we ask you for your honest description of yourselves as a trainer/youth worker and as a person. Please talk about yourself as you would talk to one of your friends. It is not a CV that has to be perfect. We are happy to welcome you if you are a beginner and also if you have quite some years behind you. We love diversity - we learn from each other. Please describe yourself in essence, we get easily lost in long details.
If you are not an advanced user of English - please tell us frankly, we are here for you to support your language skills -  it is not a disadvantage!
