2024 Ithaca Festival Exhibitor and Tabler Application
You will receive tabling guidelines once you have been accepted. Please note that applying DOES NOT GUARANTEE your spot and if your application is rejected, your fee will be refunded in full.  

The fee for community groups and non-profits is $35/day and $350/weekend for businesses.  If you would like to a rent a table and two chairs for the event, the cost is an additional $25 for the weekend.  Please include the request with your payment. 

Payments can be made via PayPal at  paypal.me/ithacafestival or mail to Ithaca Festival PO Box 6713 Ithaca, NY 14851. Please include the name of your group on your transaction.  Please email ithacafestival@ithacafestival.org with any questions.

Each vendor will be assigned a spot in the exhibitor area prior to the event.  Event spaces are 10x10ft.
