Art in ATX Vendor Application - June 9th Pride Market
Please fill out this form to be considered for the outdoor market at Batch Craft Beer & Kolaches (3220 Manor Rd, Austin, TX 78723) on Sunday June 9th, 2024 from 12PM - 4PM. We review all applications and will let you know if you have been accepted by May 20th, 2024.

*BY APPLYING YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ & AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING*

-Vendor Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. 

-Markets will be RAIN OR SHINE with the exception of natural disasters including: storms, tornados, hurricanes, etc.
 
-Tents and tent weights are REQUIRED for vendors who select 10x10 spaces, please bring your own tent and tent weights, they are NOT provided.

-Tents cannot be larger than 10'x10' and tables no longer than 6ft.

-Please bring LIGHTING (candles, LED lights, battery powered lamps, etc) that does not require plug in.

-Market costs: $45 for 10 x 10 lot | $35 for picnic table 

-Applications will close 5/10/2024, payments are due no later then 5/25/2024 at 11PM. Late invoices will be cancelled and your space will be given to the next person on the waiting list. Your invoice payment serves as your confirmation to the market.
 
-Set up starts at 10:30AM Sunday June 9th , 2024 and breakdown is at 4PM. Vendors must arrive no later than 11AM, vendors that arrive late or no-show without communicating prior will not be invited to future markets.

-VENDORS MUST NOT BREAK DOWN UNTIL 4PM, vendors that break down before the end of the event will not be invited to future markets

I, the Primary Vendor, hereby swear and attest that the information provided above is true and factual to the best of my knowledge. I understand that, should this contract be confirmed, I will be assigned a booth by The Gallery ATX for the date selected. I am required to provide all my own set up, point of sale processing systems and agree arrive at least 1 hr prior to the start of the event, be fully set up by event start time, and remain through entire event. I understand that there will not be refunds or credits for weather related cancellations. Vendor initiated cancellations will not be refunded or transferable.  *
