Aldersgate Youth Musical Cast & Crew Sign-Up Form

MUSICAL INFORMATION:
Anyone in the 4th-12th grade who has previously been in one of the youth musicals, or attends Aldersgate, is eligible to audition. Please complete this Google form, sign up for an audition slot using the Signup Genius link embedded below, submit your Registration fee either by check or online (see below for details). If only interested in Crew, you DO NOT have to audition, but you do need to fill out this form.

AUDITION DATES AND SIGN-UPS
Zoom Auditions:  Friday, December 3rd   4:00 pm – 6:00 pm
In-person Auditions in Music Center: Saturday, December 4th   9:30 am – 1:00 pm

REHEARSALS
We will have our first cast & crew meeting via Zoom on Sunday, December 19th from 1 – 2 pm.
Rehearsals will begin Saturday, January 8th and Sunday, January 9th. Most rehearsals will be on Sunday, but some Saturday rehearsals will also be required – especially if you are cast in a leading role.  NOT EVERYONE WILL NEED TO ATTEND EVERY REHEARSAL.  Additional rehearsals may be added as needed.  Anyone cast in a lead role is expected to make the show a scheduling priority! Every effort will be made to work within everyone’s schedules; however, once your conflicts have been submitted and accepted, 2 unexcused absences from rehearsal could mean dismissal from the show.

PERFORMANCES
Performances will be Friday, March 4 @ 7 pm; Saturday, March 5 and Sunday, March 6 @ 2pm.  You must be available for ALL 3 performances and Tech Week unless being given permission to be absent by Mrs. Atwater & Mr. Sonny.  Every effort will be made to work within everyone’s schedules; however, once your conflicts have been submitted and accepted, 2 unexcused absences from rehearsal could mean dismissal from the show.
