AEGEE-Groningen Introduction Activities
Hello and welcome to the AEGEE-Groningen introduction period!

With this form you can sign up for all of the introduction activities. These activities will be organised for you by our Introduction Committee and will take place weekly during the intro period. You can get to know (more of) our members and we will have a great time together!

This year we will test your knowledge with a pub quiz, your creativity with paint, you bluffing skills with poker, your bowling skills, and just how high you can jump at Jump XL. So don't miss out on the fun and sign up already!

Note: in case the sign-ups for a given activity exceed the maximum number of participants, the (potential) new members will have the priority.

Intro Activities
Here we will give you some more info on the activities. Simply tick each one you want to attend!
Thursday September 30th: BOWLING. Show us your best bowling skills at Bowling Centre Groningen from 8 thill 9PM. This activity will cost €5 max.

Thursday October 7th: JUMP XL. We'll test just how high you can jump at Jump XL Groningen. Join us from 7 till 8PM for €9 max.

Thursday October 14th: END PARTY. Show us your best outfits! The exact theme will be announced later. Join us, starting at 8PM for free! The venue will be annouced at least a week in advance.

Questions and Cancellation
You can reach the Introduction Committee, our committee in charge of the introduction period, by emailing to aegee.intro@gmail.com. Use the email to ask us questions if anything is unclear or to let us know if you need to cancel your attendance for a dinner. Please, when possible, notify us of cancellations at least 2 days in advance.
I confirm I want to participate in the introduction activities I filled in and I am aware that in case I cancel an activity after the deadline (2 days before the activity), I will still have to pay the participation fee.

All personal data submitted via this form is collected by AEGEE-Groningen for the sole  purpose of organizing the intro activities you sign up for. Personal data collected in this form will not be shared with other persons than members of Introduction Committee or the Board. It will not be used for other purposes than the activities themselves, and after the activities all information will be deleted. More information can be found in the privacy statement at aegee-groningen.nl. *
I permit AEGEE-Groningen to publish photos and/or videos of me, taken during this activity, for internal promotion (in the AEGEE-Groningen Facebook group, the (information) WhatsApp Group, the social drink slides, the weekly mail and the yearbook)  and/or for external promotion (on platforms that are accessible to everyone, including but not limited to public social media pages of AEGEE-Groningen, the website, and physical promotion materials (flyers, posters etc.)). This permission can be revoked at any time. *
Should I experience any symptoms of COVID-19 before any of the activities I signed up for I will notify the Introduction Committee as soon as possible and will  refrain from attending the activity. In addition, I am aware that it is my own responsibility to keep 1.5 meters of distance to others at all times. If I do not keep this distance during the events I am aware that members of the organizing committee or the board can exclude me from further participation in the activity. *
