Become an Observer for ROTC 2022 events

This form will serve as an application for any individual interested in observing bracket play matches at ROTC 2022 events in the Elite, Women's or Open Advanced fields. Teams/TD's will utilize this list in requesting Observers when required. We will only allow one observer for a R16 match, 1 or 2 observers for semi's and 2 observers for the final (mandatory). This season we will look to be paying 5$ per observer per match at all Roundnet Ontario circuit events in 2022.
