2024 Everlasting Encounter Application

Please complete this application in order to express your interest in attending Everlasting Encounter, a week-long discipleship camp to be held in Summerville, GA, July 8-12, 2024.

This camp is open to young ladies who have surrendered their life to the Lord, want to grow closer in their relationship with Him, and have completed 6th - 12th grade.

Every applicant is required to have an adult Reference who is willing to recommend the young lady for this week-long camp.  Contact information for the Reference will be required on the application below.

Once your application has been submitted, a Leadership Team Member from Everlasting Ministries will contact your listed Reference to get more information about why they recommend you for this discipleship camp.  We will then contact you to let you know if you've been accepted to attend the camp.  If you are selected to attend, your complete registration and a $250 registration fee will be due before June 15th.

Basic Applicant Requirements
Everlasting Encounter is a week-long discipleship camp designed to help young ladies grow closer to God as they learn more about worship, Bible reading, prayer, service, and life-long commitment to the Lord.   Because of the discipleship focus of this camp, only girls who are already Christians and have committed their lives to the Lord may attend.

Please answer the following questions:
I will have completed at least one grade in middle or high school by July 2024?  (6th-12th) *
There has been a time in my life when I surrendered my life to the Lord.  (I understand that I am a sinner (Romans 3:23).  I believe that God sent his only Son, Jesus Christ, to die on the cross to pay the penalty for my sins (John 3:16).   I asked God to forgive me for my sins and surrendered my life to Him (Romans 10:9-13).   *
