Thank you for your interest in joining the 46th Ward Office for a Public Safety De-Escalation Training for Businesses with NAMI Chicago! The training event will take place on Thursday, September 3 from 11:00 am - 12:30 pm.

This training is geared for business owners and managers. Participants of this collaborative training will learn skills to de-escalate difficult situations involving behavioral health crisis to improve the safety of all involved and will be able to better perceive when an individual is experiencing a mental health crisis to support those around you at your business.
