Why= This is referring to the reason you are making this change. If your reason is not very deep ex.(I want to lose weight) you are likely to give up on your goal sooner.
If you're reason is more deep (ex. I want to lose weight because I want to feel confident, experience life without limitations, set an example for my family). This reason is deeper and more meaningful. It gives your WHY more power which means its harder to give up on.
