Outstanding Student Council Award Recognition (OSCAR) Entry Form | School Year 2021-2022
The Hawaiʻi State Student Council (HSSC) has annually sponsored the Outstanding Student Council Award Recognition (OSCAR) Program to promote excellence and to recognize outstanding secondary school student councils.  It is our hope that this program will also excite student leaders to refine their student council activities to make it a well-rounded student engagement force in their school.  All student councils meeting the portfolio criteria for an outstanding student council will be recognized with a plaque.

Deadline for form entries is Friday, May 6, 2022. The actual OSCAR may be submitted prior to SLC. More information related to the OSCAR Program can be found at www.hawaiistuco.com/oscar-program.html.  OSCAR submissions should be emailed to: information.hssc@gmail.com.
