2023 Region 6/Open - Vendor Contract
The 2023 Region 6 Conference & Open Championships will be on March 5, 2023 at Olathe East HS and should bring ~1000 people. Region 6 Conference & Open Championships is a college cheer and dance competition. This is the second year for the competition.

Tables are provided (tables are between 6-8' long). Booth space is about 8' wide x 6' deep.

The approximate event time is 9am-6pm (exact details will be provided closer to the event). There is a 20 vendor limit. NO food vendors or anything associated with alcohol or CBD. Only one vendor of each type will be permitted. Below you will find the list of booked vendors:

Vendor Contract
This is an agreement between _____________________________(Vendor) and Region 6 & Open Championships (Innovative Choreography & Olathe East Talons Dance Team). This contract is for the Region 6 & Open Championships held on March 5, 2023 at Olathe East High School. During the time leading up to the event, Innovative Choreography will advertise/recommend the vendor to their clients. On 3/5/23, the Vendor will have a table/booth located in the commons of OEHS.  Vendors may sell items from the beginning of the competition (time is TBA) to the conclusion of the competition (ending time is TBA). Tables are provided, and electricity is available (please bring an extension cord).

Terms of agreement:
*Innovative Choreography will display your information on their website. They will also post on social media about the vendor as advertising prior to March 5th, 2023.


*The vendor will pay Innovative Choreography, in the form of credit card or Venmo, $60 as an advertising and booth rental fee.


*The vendor will be responsible for delivering and setting up the table/booth at OEHS on 3/5/23 (note: table is provided).  You may arrive at one hour prior to the competition start time (TBA).  The vendor is responsible for cleaning up the table/booth at the conclusion of the event.


*The vendor will be responsible for all payments with the clients.

*Region 6 & Open Championships, Innovative Choreography, and Olathe East High School are not responsible for any customer claims.

In order to induce Innovative Choreography and Olathe East HS to accept the application of the undersigned applicant will not hold Innovative Choreography or Olathe East High School or its owner, directors, or employees liable for injuries sustained while participating in our competition.

"All federal, state, and local laws governing retail sales tax must be followed. I understand the rules and regulations of the event and will comply. I realize that failure to comply may result in expulsion from the event." *
All vendors must display the Retailers' Sales Tax Registration Event Certificate. You may use your own or the one provided in the packet (Innovative Choreography will send this to you). The event sales tax account packet can only be used if tax is remitted within 25 days of the event.

What's next?
You will receive a confirmation email from Innovative Choreography 24-48 hours after your application is received. Innovative Choreography will send either a Venmo request or an invoice to collect your payment.

Once payment is received, you have confirmed your booth. As a reminder, only one vendor of each type is permitted. Payment solidifies your spot.
