Return to Hockey Survey
We are wanting your ideas on how you would like to participate with a return to hockey in Mount Isa. Please complete the following survey as soon as possible to enable the MIHA Board to put in place a return to hockey plan over the coming week.  The Board already has some strategics tailored, but would like to see the community's thoughts.  MIHA will be abiding by all government guidelines at all times and ask that whilst we are eager to have hockey back to normal that we all remain patient throughout the release of restrictions process.  
The Return to Hockey plan for Stages 1 & 2 will only be relevant to MIHA organised events only.  
Until there is a full return to community sport announced there will be no club training permitted.  All access to the fields will be by arrangement only.  
This survey is open to all members of the Mount Isa community.
