1. I will be responsible for the transportation of my child to and from school and my child may not be on the school campus before or after school unless under direct supervision by a teacher.   Yo seré responsable por el transporte de mi hijo/a a la escuela y a casa. Mi hijo/a no podrá permanecer en el campo escolar antes o después de clases a menos que sea bajo la supervisión directa de un maestro.

2. My child may remain at the school of exception only as long as it does not cause problems of crowding. I further understand that this may necessitate the moving of my child during the course of the school year.   Mi hijo/a puede permanecer en la escuela de excepción siempre y cuando no cause problemas de cupo. Si ese es el caso, yo entiendo que puede haber la necesidad de cambiar a mi hijo/a a la escuela que le corresponde durante el curso del año escolar.

3. Permission may be rescinded if my child fails to comply with the rules, including the code-of-conduct expectations of the Santa Cruz Valley Unified School District or at the end of the year due to increased student population.     Entiendo que el permiso puede ser revocado si mi hijo/a no cumple con las reglas, incluyendo las expectativas de código de conducta del Distrito Escolar Unificado del Valle de Santa Cruz o al final del año debido a un aumento en la población estudiantil.
