Knight Realms Community Manager Application
The Community Manager position at Knight Realms will focus around keeping players engaged with play at the game and with the community at large when we are not at live events.  

If you represent a group, you will also be the go-to contact point for the members you represent, bringing their comments and questions forward to Marshals and Staff to get them resolved.  Regularly, team members will work with each other to host events between groups to help break down 'clique-culture'.


As this team continues to grow and develop, we will work on dividing this group between At Game/In Game responsibilities and Out of Game Responsibilities.

Qualifications :
Good at conflict resolution and customer service
Good at PR - approachable and personable
The ability to stay positive in challenging situations

At game responsibilities:
Help make New Player Packets.
If able, willing to help run New Player Training before the start of game
4 Hour Service Shift to the game (NPC, Marshaling. Training may count for part of this)
Help get players that are not engaged back into the game

Between game responsibilities:

Help moderate and administrate KR pages like Meme Page, Community Page, & Discord.
Build engagement (Game Knight, online events, fun contests, etc.)
PR responsibilities
Coordinate with other teams (Primarily Player Reps) to handle concerns and complaints.
Vote on Pictures submitted by our KR photographers.

Before a game you are speaking with Rick.  Rick is a new player who has only been coming for a few months and they play Thorgrak the Destructor.  Rick tells you that they hope this month their character can finally join the Light Clergy but they don't know who to talk to about following Gaia.  How would you assist them in this?
You notice a player sitting by themselves for a time and, when you introduce yourself and ask them what they are up to and they respond that they are unsure how to engage with the current 'overall plot' or any smaller groups, what options would you offer?
