The purpose of this test is to enable this Agency determine competency to perform Care Aide duties. It will also be used as one of the factors to assess your suitability for employment or continued employment as a Care Aide with this Agency. To pass this test, you will need to score at least 70% or correctly answer 102 of the 145 questions. You will be allowed to retake the exam if you did not pass it on first attempt. At the end of the test, you will receive a PCA Certificate From Connecticut Department of Social Services. All answers are either True or False. Good Luck!
