By signing you agree to the following:
• That I (the artist) can use the product to promote myself and my business.
• You (the customer) cannot claim the product as your own and must provide proper credit when asked to, or when publicly reposting, for a video, etc.
• It needs to be stated prior to payment if the work is going to be used commercially, as that will change the prices. VTubing, streaming, YouTube and/or TikToks, merchandising where the product is used to promote and intended to obtain monetary value counts under this
• I reserve the right to decline any service at any time for any reason I deem necessary.
• I reserve the right to take as long as I need on a service. You may not set deadlines for me.
• No Crypto. No Blockchains. No Non-Fungible Tokens. No AI-Art training off of my works
• No haggling.
• No fetish-mining. Be upfront.
• I can go through my queue and choose which commissions to work on based on level of time consumption and detail.
• You can't upgrade a lower tier commission into a higher tier commission after having already purchased a commission (unless I say so).
• You can't downgrade a higher tier commission into a lower tier commission after having already purchased a commission.
• You must be at least 18 years old to commission me
•I have the final say in what goes and what doesn't, and I reserve the right to retroactively change or add to these terms at any point in the future

Process (How 2 get a commission)
• Fill out this form to completion and agree to the terms of service
• After submitting your form I will contact you about details and pricing once I'm ready to begin working.
• You must provide VISUAL references for your characters. I will not design your character off a description.
• If you want to pick a pose you have to provide a visual reference. Draw it yourself with stick figures even.
• Once all the details are sorted, you will provide me your Paypal email and I will send you an invoice.
• Full amount will need to be paid upfront after I consent to the commission inquiry.
• I will provide a preview once the sketch is done. Up to 2 major changes can be requested before I will charge for further changes.
• Past the sketching phase there will not be refunds and I will not make any changes unless properly compensated.
• If the change you want makes the drawing worse I won't make the specified change. (This likely will never happen but I'm not joking)
