The EPIC (Establishing Practices for Integrating Commuters) program is a National Science Foundation (NSF) funded competitive scholarship program for academically talented, low-income undergraduate students entering Valpo in August 2024 who intend to study an approved science, technology, or mathematics field in Valpo's College of Arts and Sciences.
Students who intend to complete any of the following majors are eligible to apply for the EPIC Scholarship Program: Astronomy, Biochemistry, Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science, Data Science, Environmental Science, Mathematics, Meteorology, Physics, Statistics, or Geography (Bachelor of Science).
Because program eligibility is, in part, based on financial need, all applicants must file the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) at
studentaid.gov on or before the date they apply for EPIC for full consideration. See
valpo.edu/epic for more information.
