EXPLORE B is a live programme at Shere House, Pretoria subject to Covid restrictions. Friday nights are held online for everyone however, and Saturdays will be at Shere but may be attended online should the delegate wish to. The type of attendance needs to be specifically booked for, to aid our operations planning.
Each topic will be covered on one weekend per month starting in May.

COST OF EXPLORE, PAYMENT OPTIONS AND PROCEDURE:
The cost of Explore is R450 per course for those attending at Shere and/or online, payable before each weekend. Should you elect to pre-order a packed lunch at R80, the total cost will be R530
You can also choose to pay in full in advance before the Explore Programme starts. Please however let us know should you not be able to attend a course and whether you will be requiring a packed lunch at R80.
All the above include the teachings, delegate notes and handouts for reflection/ encounter times.
Bookings for courses and meals should please be made by a Wednesday morning prior to the course.
PLEASE NOTE: After receiving your payment, the course link and notes will be emailed to you on the Thursday/ Friday before the course to the email address you used when registering

We reserve the right to not allow our services to be used in a way that is contrary to our Christian beliefs and ethos (and therefore potentially harmful to those our ministry seeks to help).
House Rules for Shere House & Online Events:
To avoid conflict with our ministry purposes and our Christian beliefs and for the safe-guarding, comfort and spiritual welfare of our guests and the team, the following are not permitted on this course:
• Verbal abuse, aggressive, deceptive, fraudulent, invasive messages or any other messages/communication that contain explicit or graphic descriptions or accounts of sexual acts;
• Any unlawful or religious practices (including occult/witchcraft) that are not consistent with our Christian beliefs and ethos;
• Any unauthorised or unsolicited advertising, spamming, phishing malware or programmes designed to disrupt, damage or solicit information
• Forwarding the Zoom link to any party
• Explore Confidentiality:
During your attendance on this course you may become party to confidential information from other students or guests arising from group work, discussions and even testimonies. This information must remain confidential at all times, during and after your attendance. You hereby agree not to divulge information about any team and delegate without their personal consent and to use any contact details in a discreet and confidential manner.
• All online protocols and ethics:
If two family members/people sharing a room have signed up for Explore online then they will receive separate links but are welcome to use 1 device for the teachings on Friday evening together. However, to adhere to our confidentiality clause please use your individual link and device on Saturday and all be in separate, private and quiet spaces. Please use headphones.
Ellel Ministries and our associates have the right and the sole discretion to remove any content of any person(s) from the online event which, in our judgement, does not comply with the Terms and Conditions.
You agree that we may at any time, and at our sole discretion, terminate your access to the event, without prior notice to you, for violating any of the above provisions, without any refund.
You are solely responsible for providing, at your own expense, all equipment necessary to access the event, including a computer and your own internet access (including payment of telephone service fees associated with such access, as applicable).

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Cancellation before the Thursday prior to the course will result in a full refund / credit for another Explore (A or B) course during your Explore cycle, no refund will be given thereafter. No refund applies for not attending.
In the event of a major technological problem that prevents or interrupts our transmission of the event, such as a power outage at the Ellel broadcast site, we will make the teaching available or issue an event credit. The credit may be applied to any Ellel event and is valid for one year from the credit’s date of issue.
Accommodation:
Limited accommodation is available on a shared basis. Please enquire on the cost. It includes a light breakfast of cereals, and tea/coffee, as well as a towel and linen. Dinners are not provided but a fridge and microwave are available, and there are various restaurants and stores in the vicinity. Accommodation at Shere House is subject to Covid-19 protocol. Should you need accommodation for the weekend contact the office directly to determine availability and book via e-mail before each course. Payment for accommodation would need to be made via EFT and the proof sent to
bookings@ellel.org.za prior to the event
Use of Electronic Equipment:
Please note that guests using any of their own portable electronic devices, including items such as lap top computers, chargers and hair dryers, do so entirely at their own risk. Ellel Ministries will not in any way be held responsible for any loss of, or damage to, or injury or damage resulting from, the use of such items. Please note that the electricity supply runs at 220 volts.

Ellel Ministries Shere House has beautiful facilities and while we endeavour to make your stay as pleasant as possible, we cannot take any responsibility for any losses or injuries incurred while at Shere House. We also regret that no young children or pets are allowed on the property.
