Requirements:

Our office is located in Palermo, Buenos Aires, Argentina. Participation in onsite activities is expected, approximately 2 days per week.
Minimum english level B2. Desirable C1-C2
Candidates should be familiar with the technical contents of this guide (See guide index). They must be willing to further learn the remaining contents at our internal academy. We are looking for candidates with a foundational understanding of these subjects.
Soft skills (see detail):

Willingness to learn new working methodologies and processes.
Responsibility.
Clear and respectful communication.
Problem solving. Toolbox of strategies to face difficulties.

Hiring process:

Once you fill out the form, we will send a link to your email pointing to a one-time online exam.
We will check that our entry salary is aligned with your expectations to avoid wasting your time. It usually is.
If you pass the exam, a series of online interviews will follow (Usually 2). Before the first interview, we will inform you of our entry level salary.
Upon passing all interviews and if approved, we will share a formal proposal.

I'm willing to learn methodologies and follow processes. ( Our Penetration Testing process requires learning and following methodologies, such as completing checklists and following priorities set by our Managers to ensure coverage of the Attack surface. These only represent the baseline for a Security Assessment, and we expect consultants to build on top of them with their own ideas)
