Course fees are in NZ Dollars. If unable to attend, I will  inform organisers in the earliest instance. Refunds will be provided if 6 weeks notice is given for withdrawal and a replacement is found OR if Covid-19 travel restrictions are imposed. In all other instances, course fees are non-refundable. I confirm that I will register for the corresponding ANZCA Primary Sitting, and will provide evidence of registration when requested. The course requires participants to generate SAQs or viva questions with model answers, on topics to be advised. I understand that I will have to pay the appropriate fee to confirm course registration. A receipt will be issued once this has been processed.
