The Schedule Change Committee will review requests for elective changes for the second semester of the 2019-2020 school year. Please follow the steps below:

1. Complete the Google form with your name, elective course change request and rationale and submit the form by Sunday, December 8.
2. Sign up through SignUp Genius for a 5 minute appointment time on Monday, December 9. Please be aware of the class you'll be missing. You are responsible for all work missed.

If approved, schedule changes will be made at the time of your appointment.
