Begin your journey in May. One thing I have learned on this journey is in order to truly feel our best we have got to get the inside right and when we do the outside just falls into place. That is exactly what I am going to help you learn to do is a very simple and sustainable way.
Why name this group named Mindful May? Because we are going to focus on being mindful and intentional when it comes to making choices each day of this month.
As a client you will be committing to one of our nutrition plans ( you will not feel deprived and it's simple along with sustainable), there is a quiz to help you find which nutrition plan is the best fit for you and why, you will be committing to 30 minute workouts 5 days a week for 3 weeks and then the last week is 2 workouts for our rest and recovery week.
As your coach I will be providing you with a community inside my accountability group along with support, accountability, daily content, tips, weekly meal plans that come with recipes along with a grocery list, resources, tools, tracking, a live getting started right call with me prior to starting your journey and so much more.
