Metamorphosis Coaching Circles
After researching for about 18 months and running three independent sessions on leadership and behavioral sciences, we are launching the metamorphosis coaching circles. The objective of coaching circles is to create a platform to enhance leadership capabilities.

Emergence occurs when an entity is observed to have properties its parts do not have on their own, properties or behaviors which emerge only when the parts interact in a wider whole. This concept of emergence dates from at least the time of Aristotle and as they say, an emergent behavior can appear when a number of simple entities operate in an environment, forming more complex behaviors as a collective. Whenever there is a multitude of individuals interacting, an order emerges from disorder; a pattern, a decision, a structure, or a change in direction occurs.

Emergent structures are patterns that emerge via the collective actions of many individual entities. The interaction of each part with its immediate surroundings causes a complex chain of processes that can lead to order in some form. In fact, some systems in nature are observed to exhibit emergence based upon the interactions of autonomous parts, and some others exhibit emergence that at least at present cannot be reduced in this way. In this program, we put together all the necessary ingredients for a small group of 7-8 participants to flourish leveraging the elementary constituents of leadership.

This program consists of 5 core themes (growth mindset, agile leadership, applied empathy, mindful listening and manoeuvring differences). Each of these themes may be considered to be  independent to each other and participants may participates in any of the theme. Each theme spans for 10 weeks of intensive coaching and includes a capstone project to apply the learnings through practice (action learning).  The participants presents the learnings along with the outcomes to a panel (which includes the leadership team from their organization) to showcase the progress as well as the impact of the program. Tentative schedule: Week 1-5 covers the concepts, week 7 and 9 include the capstone project discussions and week 10 includes final presentation.

We would recommend participants to opt-in for all 5 themes and the complete duration of the program would span for one complete year (about 54 weeks).
