Join the Conference Associates at the 2023 AIGA Design Conference. All Conference Associates receive complimentary admission to the Design Conference in exchange for volunteer work.

Minimum Requirements and Expectations

NOTE: The deadline to apply is Tuesday September 5. At that time, this form will be converted to a waitlist in the event a CA cannot assume the volunteer role at the 2023 AIGA Design Conference.

In order to qualify, you must be an AIGA member in good standing.

Additionally, all Conference Associates must be available for the entirety of the AIGA Design Conference as well as an all-day training session the day before the conference.

Finally, certain Conference Associate roles may require up to four (4) virtual training during the weeks leading up to the conference. The dates for those sessions have yet to be determined.
