Open Creation Area (OCA) - The OCA is 14.25m x 12m, divided from the main space by a black serge curtain which will be closed for all bookings. The space is 8m high, with four aerial rigging trusses in the ceiling. The space is also suitable for companies with their own freestanding rig. Solid plain white wall backdrop perfect for Filming, Rehearsals, Auditions and Creation. Prices start at £460 a day + vat, or £275 half day + vat.

The Big Rig - My Aerial Homes 9m x 11m rig with 9 Static Trapezes and 8 Pulley Points. Height to the rig is 7m. Point hire prices start at from £24 per hour per point. Full space hire price on request.

MAH’s Attic - 9m x 6m Dance Studio with a small rig. Height to rig is 3m at the lowest with a slight uplift to 4m. With Mirrors, Ballet Barre, Speaker and Yoga Mats and Blocks. Studio hire prices starting from £18 per hour + vat for ground hire and £36 per hour + vat for aerial hire.

Space hire only covers hire of the space you are booking. Extra spaces in the building, like changing rooms are not included in the booking and can be hired for an extra charge. Equipment hire and rigging changes are also not included. These can be hired at an extra charge.

Payment in full is required to secure the booking.

Cancellation of the booking will result in a charge of 50% of the agreed booking fee.

You are responsible for yourself, your team, your equipment and the space for the duration of your booking. You are responsible for your own risk assessment and liability insurance. Please provide a copy no later than 24 hours before your booking.

Any injuries or accidents must be reported to a My Aerial Home employee and an accident form will need to be filed.

The space must be returned as found after your booking. If you are changing the rigging, building a rig etc., the set up and take down time is to be done in your booking hours. You are liable for any damage done to My Aerial Home property or equipment. If the space is not left how found, cleaning charges may be applicable.

Items are not to be left at the space after your booking without prior arrangement. If you leave items to be collected after your booking, you will be charges a storage fee. If the items are left for longer than 72 hours they will be disposed of.

No food is to be consumed in the space booked. We have a small cafe area with chairs where you can eat lunch.
