The Ethics Committee is a small group of SC ABA Volunteer Members who regularly consult as a group to make sure members are up to date on all things ethics related, as well as a group that collects information about different aspects of ethical decision making in South Carolina. Therefore, we have developed this ANONYMOUS form that allows you to submit things you are thinking about, positions you have been in, or issues you have dealt with, so we can better inform and teach other members.

This ethics form is to be used exclusively by members of The South Carolina Association of Behavior Analysis.  Members filling out the form should NOT provide any confidential information in their submissions. This means that all information should be anonymous and without any identifiable information.

These submissions DO NOT replace the ethical and legal responsibilities of the member to immediately address and/or report any ethical situation as described in the BACB® Professional and Ethical Compliance Code.
Information here will be used to help members at large make better ethical decisions, but members should not wait for answers to act accordingly, nor should they think that answers here are ethically or legally binding as they are just suggestions based on information given.
