If you plan to participate in the HCDE Graduation Ceremony, please complete the following survey no later than Wed., May 22, 2024. This year's HCDE Graduation will be Friday, June 7, from 10:00 - 12:00 PM in the HUB Ballroom. Cap and gown are highly encouraged (can be ordered via the UW Commencement website May 1-19).

Tickets for guests are not required, and graduating students can invite as many guests as they'd like. However, if you wish to park on campus, pre-paid parking permits will be required for this event. Students should purchase these permits for themselves and their guests through the order form (available on UW Commencement website May 1-19).

If you plan to participate in the large UW graduation ceremony (UW Commencement), you are required to register separately for that event through a different process (this survey will not register you for UW Commencement). Please review the Graduation Checklist for more information.
