As per FJUHSD policy and California state law, parents/guardians can choose to opt their student out of the comprehensive sexual health unit (unit 6) of their Health course. When submitting this form, you acknowledge the following:
- Students must complete Unit 5: Injuries in place of Unit 6: Sexual Health.
- If students have already started the Health class, they may have already interracted with unit 6.
