Advisor Innovation Ad Hoc Committee Request Form
The purpose of this form is to propose the creation of an ad hoc committee to the Academic Advising Council. If approved, an ad hoc committee would be temporarily added to the AAC  and the AAC would assist with the formation of the committee and to help the committee meet the specific, proposed task. This form will be submitted directly to the AAC and you will receive further information via email regarding the status of your proposal.
