Cancellations made ten (10) business days or more in advance of the training/event date, will receive 100% refund.
Cancellations made after this date, including no-shows, are nonrefundable.
Cancellations would also include reducing your number of chaperones/students planning to attend or showing up to the event with less people than you registered for. It is the responsibility of the adviser/school to ensure they notify MASC/MAHS of any changes to their registration numbers, either increasing or decreasing, prior to the 10 day time frame noted above.
MASC/MAHS must purchase sufficient supplies for all attending, as well as confirm total registered attendee counts to event venues 10 business days prior to the event to ensure enough event space and meals are ordered.
