Due to venue restrictions and practicing safe and healthy program standards, our event venues have a maximum attendance associated with each location.

Schools can bring a maximum of (30) students each, with a waiting list to bring more. If we do not reach venue capacity, MASC/MAHS will contact schools from the waiting list to offer additional attendance. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Dietary Needs/Allergies

Most of our Student Leadership events serve buffet style meals that can accommodate most dietary needs/allergies.

MASSP does not bring in or serve any NUTS at our Student Leadership events. However, all events are held at public venues where exposure or cross contamination (to all allergens) are possible and outside of our control.

Please keep this in mind as you register.

MASC/MAHS Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made ten (10) business days or more in advance of the training/event date, will receive 100% refund. Cancellations made after this date, including no-shows, are nonrefundable.

Cancellations would also include reducing your number of chaperones/students planning to attend or showing up to the event with less people than you registered for. It is the responsibility of the adviser/school to ensure they notify MASC/MAHS of any changes to their registration numbers, either increasing or decreasing, prior to the 10 day time frame noted above.

MASC/MAHS must purchase sufficient supplies for all attending, as well as confirm total registered attendee counts to event venues 10 business days prior to the event to ensure enough event space and meals are ordered. We appreciate your understanding that cancellations made after this date, including no-shows, are nonrefundable.
