Thank you so much for your interest in Fall Retreat 2019.  We’re so excited that you will be a part of this incredible weekend.  Please take a moment to complete the form below to finalize your retreat registration.

As a reminder, the retreat will take place at Ponderosa Retreat and Conference Center in Larkspur, CO., and the dates are September 27th-29th.  The cost to stay in the dorm will be $65 and the cost to camp is $35.  Meals ARE included.  A $15 non-refundable deposit is due NO LATER than Friday, September 20th (if you’re able to turn it in sooner, that would be very helpful).

WE WILL BE CARPOOLING.  Due to space for parking, DO NOT plan to take your vehicle unless we request that you do so.  We will meet/load up in front of the CLOCK TOWER at 5:00PM on Friday, September 27th. (Any conflicts need to be added in the Comment/Questions section below OR contact Kent ASAP.)

What to bring...
> For those in the LODGE…you will have a bunk bed with a mattress. Anything else you need/want, YOU MUST BRING.
> For those CAMPING…camping supplies will be coordinated through this form, and we will contact you as needed.
> You will need to bring a towel (if you plan to shower), and any toiletries you need.
> Bring a Bible, a notebook, and something to write with.
