Carols on Wheels is BACK!

Tues. Dec. 20th from 6:15-8:30pm.

Families and friends welcome!

RSVP below so we can prepare the trailer and let H-E-B know many to expect. Spots in the trailer will go to RSVP'd families first and then are first-come, first-served and are based on capacity and weight limits of the trailer.

ATTIRE

Christmas or Advent casual (jeans are fine, dress for the weather of the day; but also remember you are representing the Church!). Keep in mind that you will be sitting on hay bales in the trailer.

We will sing rain (snow! haha!) or shine. If good weather, we will sing outside from the trailer.

*If the weather is extremely cold or rainy, we will go straight to H-E-B to sing inside the store.

A decision will be made that day and communicated via Flocknote.

SCHEDULE

Meet at St. Clare at 6:15pm - look for the truck & flatbed trailer.

We will depart the parking lot at 6:30pm and head to Bay Forest's Erin Creek Pocket Park (6:45pm).

Then, we will head over to the Hall's Residence in Bay Oaks to sing a few songs (7pm).

We will end our ride at H-E-B Clear Lake Marketplace (Clear Lake City Blvd & El Dorado, in front of The Reserve) and sing for shoppers until around 8:15pm. The trailer will then return to St. Clare.

PLEASE NOTE: Children under the age of 18 are not permitted to ride in the flatbed trailer. All children must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian at all times, no exceptions. Families with young children are welcome to drive behind the trailer and meet us at any of the locations listed above.
