Room Mom Interest Form 2022-2023
If you are interested in being your child’s Room Mom, please complete this form and submit it by Thursday, August 25th at 5:00pm. No late forms will be accepted. Please note, that room mom communications are sent through email, so daily access to email and knowledge of sending group emails are necessary for the room mom position. We will notify you Monday, August 29th if you are selected to be a Room Mom. If you are selected, you will need to attend the orientation meeting on August 31st at 8:15 a.m. in the Bradfield Cafetorium.
