2. Send payment within 10 days of registering. Once you have been accepted, your payment must be received within 10 DAYS. If your payment is not received, you will remain in Pending Status - waiting on payment, while other teams may take your place.

Please Note: Because of the unrecoverable expenses of a summer showcase, if the showcase gets completely cancelled, i.e. no team plays any games, $250 shall be credited towards any future USA Elite Showcase.  In the event of rain, the tournament director reserves the right to reschedule the games in any fashion, including shortening of games and or elimination games.  *

All teams more than 60 miles away must book their hotels through our partner, Travel Teams.  If a team chooses to stay at a location without using Travel Teams, they will owe a $600 Fee.
