Creating A New Network — Stages of Recovery
The purpose of the AWG network is to further open up the connections and contacts of the sector across all areas of the UK and Ireland. Working with a team of advisors, the Arts Working Group are looking to set up a new network and connect arts & culture professionals in a meaningful way. Our objective is to put your team in contact with new contacts depending on some of the projects you are currently working on at the moment. If you feel as though your organisation is facing these new challenges in isolation, then this network is for you and your entire team!

Before Christmas, some members of the Arts Working Group looked at a new framework for setting goals for our organisations.  The framework has helped us to strengthen strategies for our organisation, it also helps us to understand individually what we are working on and why. It allows departments and individuals to make conscious decisions on what we’re not working on, which is equally important.
