2. Shipping will be paid by the requester both to myself and from myself. Please keep in mind, the more volume your package takes, the more expensive it will be. Local drop off can be arranged (ZIP: 90025).
- Please ensure that all components have arrived before filling out the form.

3.  My build fee is $100 / keyboard

4. By filling out this form, you understand that the keyboard build will be streamed and are waiving my right to record and upload videos using the keyboard to you YouTube channel.

5. Here are the charges for extra services that I provide:
- switch lubing = $0.5 / switch
- switch lubing + filming = $0.6 / switch
- millmax = $0.5 / 2 (two) sockets
- frankenswitching = $0.25/switch used

DISCLAIMER:
-  I am NOT responsible for any lost, damaged, or destroyed items during shipping. I highly encourage you to insure your packages for transit so in the case your board is damaged or lost, you can be compensated through your parcel carrier.
- Although I have 100+ boards completed under my belt, there is still a small possibility of the PCB through hole pads lifting or the PCB not reacting well to the heat. This affects a very small number of PCB's but know that there is still a possibility of it becoming faulty. To circumvent this, I am able to jump pads so if this issue is to happen, I will do my best to remedy it.
