We invite you to make Seedy Saturday a success. Volunteer and be part of the fun. Help others gear up for gardening and growing food in 2020!

Volunteer Opportunities

Set up - Friday 7-8pm

Vendor Setup Support: help vendors carry their products into the hall - 8-10 am

Door Greeters: greet customers, accept donations and answer questions - 3 shifts

Door Host: greet customers, count attendees - 3 shifts

Volunteer Kitchen: support the volunteers with refreshments - 8-3pm

Vendor Support Hosts: offer restroom breaks to vendors and help out at the door as needed - 2 shifts

Seed Swap Table: help people swap and exchange seeds - 2 shifts

Workshop Assistant: post signage, help presenter

Take Down & Clean Up - Saturday 3-4pm

Community Bakers: Bake and drop off morning snack to nourish volunteers - pre event

Promotions: help promote the event using social media, handouts, various calendars - pre event
