St. John the Baptist Catholic Church's Mother 2 Mother Ministry hosts 2 consignment sales each year. For each sale, the M2M Steering Committee chooses a local not-for-profit organization to receive either monetary or sale donation items. 

There are so many great organizations that are in need, but we may be unaware of those needs.  Please fill out this form to help us better understand your organization and your needs. 

We will review the forms, and Steering Committee members will participate in a blind vote for the not-for-profit organization to benefit from the upcoming sale.
