Please fill out this form as early as possible in order to reserve a TAMS common room for your event. Forms are due 24 hours before your event, but please try to get it in earlier. In the case of a repeating event, they are due before the first occurrence of your event along with a message to Jennifer Yu to confirm the frequency with which it repeats.
