CMNS Spring 2023 Commencement "Participate only" August 2023 candidates RSVP
Please complete the following form if you are an August 2023 candidate and are requesting to attend a CMNS Commencement Ceremony.

Undergraduate students graduating in August 2023 are only permitted to attend the May 2023 ceremony if they are completing a maximum of 4 credits during the summer term. Course enrollment and requirements will be verified.

Graduate students graduating in August 2023 are only permitted to attend the May 2023 ceremony if they meet the following:

  • Ph.D. candidates must successfully defend by May 19, 2023
  • Master’s with thesis candidate must successfully defend by May 19, 2023
  • Professional master’s and master’s without thesis candidate who have 1 or 2 credits to complete in the summer 

Please note: Names of August 2023 graduates who are approved to participate will not appear in the University or CMNS Commencement programs until the May 2024 ceremonies.
