EDUCATOR MEMBERSHIP FORM
• Educator Membership. For a person who is not a student or with outstanding accreditation.
• Please note this membership is not a corporate membership and does not entitle you to a corporate membership status! (See corporate Membership).
• This membership does not allow the use of SWAA logo on your private website, social media handles or any other form of advertising. If found, SWAA reserves the right to withdraw any member who misuses its privileges.
• Must present company and certificate
• Must be 18 years old.
• All memberships run from June 1st – June 30th the following year. Memberships cannot be carried over if you join later than June 30th.
• Are you a member of your national SWAA chapter association arm already? Or are you a member of a national association affiliated to SWAA?  Please contact us for what benefits you get from SWAA.

SWAA Membership Entitlement and Fee Structure
 The membership year runs through July 1st – June 30th. All new memberships will be valid through June 30th of each year.

* Areas on this document must be filled out with the correct information before sending back to us. If the information given is not correct, your application will not be void and you will have to start the process again.
Once your application is confirmed, you will need to send a confirmation of payment to us. Once payment is confirmed you will be sent a welcome email and issued a member log in code.
