Intellectual Property
You hereby grant to Cards For All People and its related companies, agents, licensees, sublicensees, contractors, successors, legal representatives, assigns, and third-party service providers, and their respective retail partners, marketing or public relations agencies, and other affiliates (the “Licensed Parties”) an irrevocable and perpetual non-exclusive, transferable, fully-paid, royalty-free, worldwide license, by ourselves or with others, to use, copy, advertise, distribute, publicly display, print, publish, republish, excerpt (in whole or in part), reformat, translate, modify, revise, and incorporate into other works, that User and any works derived from that User Content, in any form of media or expression, in the manner in which the Service from time to time permits User Content to be used and to license or permit to do so.

You grant the Licensed Parties the right to use image, likeness, and voice in audio or video.
This license also grants us the right to sublicense that User Content in the manner in which the Service from time to time User Content to be used.

Liability
All video submissions and intellectual property must be your own original content you contribute. You must not upload or contribute any Content not originally created by you, or any Content which is not properly licensed to you by someone else for uploading or contributing.

Releasor warrants and represents that Releasor has the right to grant all rights granted herein and/or Company’s use of the Property as permitted herein will not infringe on the rights of any third party, including without limitation any persons appearing in the Property. Releasor will indemnify and hold Company and its successors, licensees, and assigns, harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of any breach of the foregoing warranty.
Releasor agrees that it will not hold anyone who receives permission from the Company for such use responsible for any liability resulting from the use of, or failure to use, such footage in accordance with this Release, or loss of damage to the footage and will in furtherance thereof obtain releases from all third parties appearing in, or who could claim rights to, such footage. Releasor waives any and all rights it may have in and to the Company’s use of such footage in accordance with this Release.

Governing Law
This release will be governed by the laws od the State of Ohio applicable to contracts to be wholly negotiated and performed in Franklin County, Ohio. Any claim, dispute, or disagreement with respect to this release will be submitted to the state or federal courts within the Franklin County, Ohio which courts will have exclusive jurisdiction, and the parties consent to jurisdiction in those courts.
