2022-23 Enrollment Request for New Students
Once you submit your online enrollment request, our office staff will contact you when to come to the school and what to bring.

Some items you may need are listed below. The enrollment process is not complete until you visit the school and we receive all necessary documents.

Proof of Residency (recent utility bill, rental agreement or rent payment receipts, property tax payment receipt, mortgage documents or military housing orders)

Proof of Immunization

Copy of birth certificate, baptismal certificate or passport
