By signing, the researcher agrees to the following terms of use:
1. S-Lab makes no warranties regarding the Dataset, including but not limited to being up­-to-­date, correct or complete. S-Lab cannot be held liable for providing access to the Dataset or usage of the Dataset.
2. The Dataset should only be used for scientific or research purposes. Commercial or any other use is explicitly prohibited.
3. The researcher hereby acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions pertaining to the usage of images and video sources within the MIMIC-IT Dataset. It is essential for researchers to duly recognize and appreciate the contributions made by these data sources.

4. The researcher takes full responsibility for usage of the Dataset at any time.
5. S-Lab reserves the right to terminate the researcher’s access to the Dataset at any time.
6. The place of jurisdiction is Singapore.
7. If any part of this agreement is legally invalid, this shall not affect the remaining agreement.
8. If there are any copyright-related requests or concerns regarding the data source, please contact us, and we will handle them accordingly.
