1. Using the Gym indicates that you accept the Terms and Conditions of use.
2. This gym is unsupervised and used at your own risk.
3. You must be 18 or over to use the gym, persons 16 to 18 years must be supervised by a responsible adult
4. All persons using the gym are to be members of the Burleigh Heads RLFC. This includes players and coaching staff.
5. When using free weights you must have someone spotting you.
6. All persons using the gym are required to wear appropriate clothing - closed in shoes and the use of a towel at all
times.
7. You must not use the gym while under the influence of drugs or alcohol or while suffering from or experiencing any
other condition that might impair you.
8. You are responsible for checking, ensuring and maintaining the safety and safe operating condition of any and all
equipment that you may utilize while present in or using the gym.
9. All breakages or broken equipment should be reported to your trainer, coach or Burleigh Bears Management.
10. All persons entering do so at their own risk. Burleigh Heads RLFC will not accept responsibility or liability for any
injury, loss, fatality or damage whatsoever caused to any person or property.
11. All gym injuries should be reported to a coach or Burleigh Heads RLFC management, as soon as reasonably possible.
12. Lifters must use collars on every set and must not drop weights on the floor.
13. Lifters must use spotters on all moderate to heavy sets.
14. Replace all weights and do not leave weights on the floor.
15. Return all equipment to its allocated position.
