Change of Status Form: Move to Hybrid (G1 or G2)
This form is to be used if:
- your daughter is currently virtual (G3)
- you would like to return to campus as the NEXT open date (for next entry point please see Hybrid Status Website).

Note: To ensure as much instructional stability as possible in a complex time, return to campus options will be made available every few weeks.  Completing an online orientation may be a requirement for returning to campus.

G1 (last name A-K) students come to campus Monday and Tuesday
G2 (last name L-Z) students come to campus Thursday and Friday

Being placed outside of your alphabet group is only available through special waiver (waiver request available on the Hybrid Status Website).

A student should not return to campus until a return date has been provided by a school administrator.
