Joy Fusion 工作坊包含各種DIY手工藝製作和團隊建立活動，如想舉辦特別主題活動，請在「其他」輸入內容，待職員與您聯繫商議。

為推廣社會共融，Joy Fusion 積極聘請不同能力人士成為我們的職員，並讓他們參與各項場地使用、活動、工作坊及導賞的協作工作。

簡單填妥有關資料後，我們會盡快與您聯絡，並確認相關工作坊的內容和確實時間。

$500-$800/人，約1-1.5小時，工作坊成團人數為10人 ，參加人數如少於10人仍作10人收費。

1. 收到表格後，我們將於3個工作天內以電話或電郵確認。如未接獲通知，請聯絡我們查詢。
    After receiving the form, we will reconfirm the order within 3 working days by telephone or WhatsApp, please contact us if no confirmation received after the next 3 working day.

2. 訂單付款一經完成，恕不可取消或退款。
     Order cannot be cancelled or changed and payment is non-refundable once order is accepted.

3. 如遇黑色暴雨、8號或以上熱帶氣旋警告信號，場地使用、工作坊及導賞服務暫停，我們會有專人聯絡您，活動日期另作安排。
    Space rental, workshop and tour service will be suspended in case of Black Rainstorm or Typhoon signal No. 8 or above is hoisted. Customer will be informed of the arrangement by phone.

4. Joy Fusion保留以上條款及細則之最終決定權。
    Joy Fusion retain the above terms and conditions of the final decision conclusively
