Bunkhouse Summer Market Sign Up
Hello wonderful Makers!!

We are thrilled to continue doing our makers markets at our Brewery in Four Corners. Here are the dates we will be doing the markets this summer: June 11th, July 9th, August 13th, and September 10th (the second Sunday of the month), noon-4:00pm. Set up time will start around 10:30am on these days.

We've learned a lot from doing these markets and are changing a few things:

-We will have vendor spaces on the main floor as well as expanding outside into the parking lot a bit. We will put up a fence as a barrier for our extended patio on these days. We are hoping for excellent weather on all of our market days. In the event of terrible weather we will move everyone inside.

-All vendor spaces are bring your own table/display furniture/chairs. Inside vendor spaces will be 6 ft x 4 ft Outside spaces can be up to 10 x 10 to allow for an awning to help protect from the elements. Please let me know if you are planning on brining an awning!

-We will also be requiring booth fees to be paid up front through Venmo or stopping by the brewery to pay in person. These fees will be nonrefundable. Your spot will not be secured until you've paid the fee. Each market fee will be $25.

-Please only sign up for dates that you are sure you can attend. We understand last minute situations that require a cancellation, but we have lots of people who want to be a part of these markets and it is very stressful to try and fill these spaces last-minute.

-In order to sign up, please fill out this form (only once please), spaces will be given on a first come first serve basis. Once spaces are filled, a waiting list will be created.

I will contact you and let you know if you've secured a space and will ask for your vendor payment at that time. 
Please wait for a confirmation email before sending the vendor fee payment.

-Feel free to pass this on and share the info with other makers you know.

-Lastly, just a reminder that Bunkhouse Brewery is not responsible or liable for any damages to vendor products/belongings. Vendors are strongly encouraged to acquire insurance for these events.
